I’ve always been fascinated by how we can live well at every stage of life. My grandmother, who is now 82, still farms every day in Japan. Watching her resilience and sense of purpose showed me that aging doesn’t have to mean slowing down. It can mean staying strong, connected, and vibrant.
That lesson shaped my path. I studied yoga in India, became a clinical hypnotherapist, and traveled through Thailand and Japan to immerse myself in meditation, energy practices, and Eastern philosophy. Along the way, I discovered that the most powerful results come from blending these traditions into a structured approach: movement to keep the body mobile, breathwork to calm and energize, and guided relaxation to restore clarity and focus.
Today, I bring this unique method to older adults in senior living communities, helping them age with confidence, joy, and vitality.

At Aoki Wellness, my mission is to help older adults live longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives by blending modern wellness with timeless practices from Japan, India, and beyond. I believe aging can be a time of growth, resilience, and joy and my goal is to create programs that bring that vision to life for communities across the world.
Rooted in my Japanese heritage and shaped by global training, Aoki Wellness exists to make aging not something to endure, but something to embrace.
